Storm & Wind Damage
Storm & Wind damage and can cause lasting damage if not handled properly. Our team is trained to respond quickly, minimize disruption, and start the reconstruction process immediately.
From Emergency Response
to Full Restoration
What We Do & Don't Do
-
We DO repair and rebuild after water, fire, storm, or mold damage
-
We OFFER services such as carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work
-
We DO restore the property to its pre-loss condition... often better than before
-
We do NOT perform mitigation services (water extraction, drying equipment, smoke or mold remediation)
-
Instead, we DO step in after the mitigation company has finished their emergency cleanup and drying process
Why This Matters
-
Customers know we focus 100% on the construction and finishing side, which allows us to deliver high-quality repairs without splitting focus on emergency cleanup
-
Insurance companies and adjusters know precisely where we fit into the process... the rebuild team, not the mitigation team.
Who you'll work with:
-
A Restoration Company Coordinator is the central point of communication and organization - handles paperwork, scheduling, and insurance communications
-
A Restoration Estimator is the person who figures out the scope or work and how much it will cost to repair your property after damage.
-
A Project Manager in a restoration company oversees the full restoration process from start to finish, making sure damaged properties are repaired correctly, on time, and within budget. They balance customer needs, insurance requirements, and crew performance.
Our Process
1
Damage Occurs
The property suffers from storm damage
2
Estimator / Project Manager Arrives
When the estimator / project manager arrives, they will determine the most urgent needs and coordinate necessary crews. We can coordinate tree removal and restore power if needed
3
Temporary Repair Crew is dispatched
A crew will tarp or build a temporary roof repair and board up any openings to prevent further damage.
4
Prepare Repair Estimate
Once the property is secured and mitigation is complete, we provide estimates, coordinate with insurance, and complete all repair and rebuild work.
5
Project Completion
We manage the full reconstruction to return the property to its pre-loss condition.
